Since 07/27/11, I'm down about 25 and it puts me right under 300. I would like to be hovering around 200 this time next year. First I changed my eating habit along with a ViSalus shake for breakfast. I never eaten breakfast unless I was on the road driving somewhere and even then it would be a 1,000...

Go figure, the day I decided to skip and cut grass/pressure wash/etc.........I miss something like this!
