At my advanced age about the best demonstration I can muster is shooting a few no shoot targets. Unfortunately that is not all that uncommon a situation, so no one notices again.

I reserve the right to get "sick" again if the time seems appropriate.

Shotguns are not the best primary home defense weapon due to the length of the gun. It is an excellent fall back weapon. Greg had just taken it out of the box while I was standing there. His indication was that he was not having any problems getting Smith and Wesson AR's.

I didn't look at the price, but Greg is a fair dealer and a fellow USPSA/IPSC shooter.

I had an opportunity today to look at one of the new SW MP-15's in 5.45x39. Ever since the Ruskies brought out that round I was under the impression it was just a 7.62x39 case necked down to the smaller bullet. Today I finally looked at one of the rounds and found that it is almost identical to a 5....

I have also had a dream like you described. I just keep shooting, and for once I know I am hitting, but the bad guy just won't drop.

Kind of scary for those who deal in this type of situation perhaps more than others.

Now my dreams go more toward actually sleeping completely through the night.
