So what are the equipment rules for the Oscar and Larry prize fund divisons?

I'm with Gary on this one, I am not going out and panic buy anything, I plan on spreading the word. I am thinking of the future. I would like Wyatt to be able to shoot rifles at the AGC zombie match in future.
