Well, if it can't handle the acceleration from the recoil of a "low caliber" rifle, I doubt it could handle being attached to my motorcycle while on an off road trip. Or I'll just have to try to figure a way to buffer it further.

Damn! I was hoping it wasn't solid state. I need a camera that can take a little abuse, and was hoping the old Hard Disk camera would be the main/only culprit.

I may have to resort to mostly tripod mounts.

Very cool video. And very cool rifle.

Does your camera use a hard drive or mini-DVD or anything mechanical to record? If yes, you don't want to subject it to too much sudden movements or vibrations. Solid state cameras are the way to go for fixing them to moving objects.

The weather really warmed up for the work day, didn't it?

The match was a heck of a lot of fun. Thanks for allowing me to come. Wouldn't you know it? I left right before they started taking videos :( It turned out to be for the best, because I arrived back home at dusk. Again, thank you for the great fun, I'm actually looking forward to the results. I didn...

I will say that I thought these were good prices. Show me a better price and I'll beat it.

You've got until Sunday!

You do know the match is on Sunday and not Saturday, right?

I'm going to try to be at Rosie's at 9:30 AM. Thanks for the offer on the ride, Creeker, but part of the fun for me is seeing what temperatures are bearable and for how long. Maybe that shows how much of a new rider I am. Even the miserable parts are fun for me. I was hoping I'd get to test my warm ...

I don't mean to be the one to drag you guys away from your alter egos, but what's a good place to eat breakfast before heading over to the range? The weather looks like it will suck. 54 degrees with 70% chance of thunderstorms at 8 AM, 56 degrees with a 50% of thunderstorms at 11 AM. So much for a l...
