From their website it looks like they have the space to go out to 300 yards. I'm guessing it would slow a 3 gun match down, a lot, if they used it all but who knows.

I sure do miss shooting 3 gun at Ashland............

What's the farthest I can expect for rifle targets? 100 yards or 500 yards? Either distance is OK with me, I just want to know which op...

Thanks fellows. A bunch of actual hillbillys had a good time. As always, we appreciate the effort. Your club rocks!

Idpa & pcc

Will anyone be shooting PCC after the IDPA match on Sunday? I'm bringing 2 or 3 brand new shooters and I'd like to be able to let them know what to expect.

I can't think of a better way to drop two grand. I need a race gun and all the goods with it. It looks awesome. Whaaaat?? Are you tr...

Is USPSA membership required to compete? I couldn't tell from the website. The buy in is a little steep but I've wasted more on, uh, other stuff like ex-wives.

I'll get in touch with the match directors for more info. so I'm a maybe at this point.

Thunderbolt is a very appropriate handle to hang on a FAL. I just call mine HARS (Heavy Ass Rifles) because, well, they are. I like them a lot but I don't want to have to carry one on a forced march. Not that a fat, lazy, bastard like me is going to take many walks with a combat load......

Yes sir. Either would do very nicely. I prefer the K31 Schmidt Rubin. MRB has seen it in action.
