I was thinking the same thing, I just didn't want to be the first person to say it. Do you think this could be Summer Motion or the County fair?

Probably the fair. This little seen technique no doubt helps prevent take-aways by grabbing the barrel during CQB.

Yeah I guess the barrel being in a safe place is more important than trying to prevent someone from grabbing the open trigger.

I would also think the tripod stance would allow the shooter to have a solid pistol shooting stance.
