Destruction of club property

It was brought to my attention today that someone had shot one of our 22 plate racks with a high caliber handgun.

The result is broken welds and damaged plates.

The only plate rack we have for pistols over 22 is on range 1 and before someone does something stupid its NOT for RIFLE or 5.7 pistol.

And to whoever did it feel free to buy replacement plates.

Freaking unbelievable.

I cannot comprehend how anyone could even get the idea they would be for anything more than 22 given the size.

They were HOPING to CHANGE our 22 rack into a piece of junk I suspect.

Now where have I heard that HOPE and CHANGE idea before?
