Precision 22 Rifle Match

Post by Gary Stevens » Mon Jun 08, 2020 11:25 am

Don't forget our first Precision 22 Rifle Match on June 20 at 10AM.

First match will be fairly easy with no targets more than 50 yards and no targets less than 25 yards.

Targets will be 8 inch and 2 inch plates off hand at 25 yards and other various size plates out to 50 yards.

These will be shot from positions as called for in the stage description. Challenging but not impossible.

10 rounds maximum per stage. 120 second time limit per stage.

10 dollars per gun. Two Divisions Auto and Bolt action.

Now for some news.

Saturday's are getting pretty full in the month. In addition we are trying to not butt heads with North East Fish and Game on their scheduled events.

Next month we are going to try something new. We will be holding another Precision Rimfire match on Wednesday July 22, 2020 starting at 6 PM.

Two Divisions Bolt Action and Semi-Auto.

Times will be reduced to 90 seconds to make it a little more competitive.

We look forward to seeing you at the match.

Looks like two maybe three new rifle scope combinations being put together at this time by individual shooters.

I have upgraded my auto gun, so the next match should be interesting.
