Gca 68

I was working the Supreme Court today in Frankfort. While there I was reading some firearms laws. Kentucky grants us the right to buy rifles, pistols, and shotguns in any state through a FFL. The way I read the statute was if I was in Missouri I could buy any of the three types of guns from a FFL and Kentucky was OK with it.

I guess the only roadblock in that is the Federal Law.

I also remember someone telling me that it all depended on if your state allowed the purchase. Apparently that was not right.

Sure wish someone could prove me wrong on this.

Resistance is mandatory.

To be loved and resptected is desireable. To be feared will work also.

Fed law comes first then State.

Fed law says you can buy a rifle of shotgun from a dealer in a contiguous (sp) State as long as its not aginst State Law.

Fed law dose not regulate the private sale of any rifle, pistol, shotgun, but thats where you should look at State Law.

But then I hear the Dems are big on dont ask dont tell.
