Getting Started Reloading

I'm looking to start reloading both shotshell, and rifle calibers. I was just wondering what all equipment I need and where can I get it. I was told that reloading stuff is selling fast, I have about $130 budget to work with. I'm considering one of the LEE kits for around $95, and a LEE shotshell reloader for $35, but I dont know which one... Any help is appreciated.

The Lee kits work really well. I know of one member here who uses one for rifle calibers. Check Ebay, there use to be some good deals on there.

Borders Sporting Goods carries some of the necessities, But Dillon or Natchez is much cheaper for the staples of reloading. For powder and primers, you can usually beat the increased price of shipping by purchasing local and avoiding the shipping surcharges. There are also some local guys who stock powder.

Another thing you might look into is a group buy, where you and several other members can order enough quantity where the Hazardous surcharges are consumed by shear numbers. It all depends on the amount of material you require.
