How about an AK pistol build? Replace the rear trunnion with a solid one, add a short barrel, and you're good to go.

I believe so. I have the plans around somewhere, if you want to put one together. I acquired them a while back, with an eye to building one, never got to it. I have two kits in the can, however; never know what might happen.

Almost the final incarnation.... the Gunkote is a little light on the top cover, might re-do that, and I have another grip to put on. I have to torque the FSB slightly to allow the bolt carrier free travel. Other than that, it's done.
