New Guy-Membership Question

Post by hobbz » Thu Jan 21, 2010 7:00 pm

I am wanting to get into the ICORE shooting and whatever else I can use a wheel gun in. I am currently a member at the main club up on the hill, what do I need to do to become a member down here and join in on the fun?

Also how many revolver competitions does the club have per year?

I think Capt. Kirk has 4 or 6 ICOR matches planned but you can shoot a revo in USPSA and IDPA.

Schedule is in the hands of our Web guru so it should be up soon, just stop by during one of the matches and check out the happanings.

4 matches scheduled. We would love to have you. If you would like to know some specifics let me know. I try to shoot a wheel gun as much as possible, but I do own some of thoes ammo eaters too. First match is in March and dont just come to watch come to shoot.

Let us know what you need I am sure we can outfit you for a match. Hell we all share gear anyway.

Kirk

Fobus would work fine for you if you're just wanting to get a taste to see if you like it.

I've a couple matches my revolver...it seems their quality has came up a bit over the years. Hard to beat for 20 bucks.

It really depends on what you are looking for. You can go with a fobus or some other less expensive holster. You will need moon clip holders as well as a belt. I have a CR Speed for my 627 and some other type for my 625 it is a molded holster, but I can find it.
