36 rounds minimum, 50 yards max, stand up on your hind legs & shoot with the exception of the last position of approx. 6 targets through a port.
About any rifle will work, but what did you have in mind?

Thanks for the quick reply. I have an S.A. M1A that I have not shot much yet so I would probably not be very accurate off hand at 100 yds; I should be OK for 50. I prefer the challenge of open sights so no optics. The match sounds like a good time to help break in the rifle and the close targets are good for a person as steady as a drunken monkey

You may also want to check out Scott's reply to "Side shoot question" in the Class & Division section.
Sounds like you're good to go, though.

Gosh, I sure hope some of the Mauser shooters decide to take a run at the "manually operated" division this year....... I'd even shoot my old manually operated rifle right handed to level the playing field.........

I'd like to watch some Mauser shooters myself.

Will an 03A3 or 1917 do?

Yes sir. Either would do very nicely. I prefer the K31 Schmidt Rubin. MRB has seen it in action.
