Question for the PCC gang

Post by S Lance » Wed Feb 18, 2009 8:31 pm

Since no steel targets are listed in this weekend's stage descriptions, would anyone have any issues with me shooting .223? (or any of the other members w/o a 9mm rifle)

Question for PCC

Post by bcp307 » Wed Feb 18, 2009 9:36 pm

When PCC started, as I remember, shooting 223 was optional on PCC (paper targets only).
There were a few who used .223 for awhile.
No problem as far as I know.

The only problem is blowing the pasters off the targets. :D

No problem with .223 as far as I'm concerned.

Robert - you *do* use a machinegun!

If you want to try PCC and don't mind doing it with a .223 instead of a 9mm, I'll bring an extra 100 rounds and you can consider it to be on me.

Thanks much for the offer but I would hate to do that as you may need them for the zombie invasion. Also some of the other guys said I could use there 9mm carbine. And I happen to have some 9mm WWB that I had stocked up. I have hopes we will get caught up on some bills soon so I can get me 9mm carbine of my own before summer. :)
