Will there be any reason to bring anything except a pistol? Any side shoot action this time?

There should be a better than fair turn out from this side of the Big Sandy. Of course, some of these light weights could come down with mangina trouble and not show up so we'll see.....

I believe the usual suspects will be bringing carbines-we're trying a spearmint this month, for those who want to train, as well as compete......

Help a simple lad from the country out. What's a spearmint and does it hurt when you do one?

Just remember that pain is temporary, glory is forever. You'll hardly remember how much it hurt.:eek:

Bring your rifle. We are going to try a couple of new things with the rifle portion of IDPA and maybe USPSA this year.

The gist of it is that we are going to try and make the carbine shoots somewhat more demanding than they've been.;)

Since it's the dead of winter and the snow will be flying I'm almost obligated to bring an AK. I'll spread the word amongst the other real hillbillys.
