When you say "AR15 style" are you talking AR 15 only or are you talking AR15ish? Let's say someone had a Sig 556; would that be AR15ish enough to make the cut?

I vote okay. I have no idea of why you would want to use the Sig over a AR, but I don't think anyone would object too much.

Well, guns scare me especially assault rifles so I was looking at different options. I mean yeah I have FALs, AKs and other super deadly stuff but they still scare me. Just because I have somehow ended up with several AR15s doesn't mean I approve of the things. My goodness did our founding fathers really know how this was going to end up?

I think severe restrictions should apply to everyone but me. After all I actually have a security clearance and everything. Most people are not professional enough to actually be trusted with guns.;)

AR15 match

AR-15 style would be the normal AR-15 configuration made by Colt, BCM, Bushmaster etc. and the AR-10 rifle.
I don't believe the Sig would be considered AR 15 style.

"But" if you bring one to shoot in the match, no problem.

You know I'm going to bring a SBR AR15 right? I'm thinking a Sig 522 will be my choice for .22 class. Even though gun scare me I'll try to participate.;)
