40 cal people

I will be at the USPSA match in Ashland on the 21st of June. I will have 3000 cleaned pieces of once fired 40 cal police brass with me. I work with the FAA Inspector in Pittsburgh. He wants 40.00 per thousand pieces or will trade for small rifle primers on a one for one basis (1000 primers for 1000 pieces of brass). He has another 5000 plus that he is cleaning now. He gets them from his uncle whom is a police officer in PA.
