New Imbel receiver built on very good to excellent metric parts kit.
Original barrel cut to 16 1/2 inches
New USA made stock, handguard, and pistol grip
finished in Duracoat green
New flash hider
Built early 2002
has carry handle
about 200 rounds since being built

Chrome lined?

Kinda ignorant on them there furn guns.

No chrome lining that I know of. The gunsmith didn't say anything about it.

You are welcome to look it over, shoot etc. at the match on the 15th if you are interested.

Imbel barrels are chrome lined. The STG58 barrels were not chrome lined. None of the newer DSA barrels (US) barrels are chrome lined.

An Imbel kit on an Imbel receiver is one of the best setups as far as I'm concerned and that's a pretty good price.
